Job Description:

Discuss the homeowners inquires, complaints and requests.

Communicate to homeowners the new activations.
-
Communicate any snags (concerns) to the concerned departments.
-
Snags related to operators and/or service providers must be communicated directly by QC to the operator/service provider.
-
Ensuring no unauthorized access in co-ordination with Security Department and Ushers.
-
Attendance of life guards and beach boys in the beaches during the operation hours.
-
All community tips and signage are in place (Rules & Regulations signage).

Ensure Food and Beverage outlets operations are as per standards
-
Any snags or comments during the daily Operation are communicated to the concerned department for immediate action.

Handling the walk in requests/complaints related to beaches operation in coordination with concerned departments.
-
Community rules, regulations and guidelines are properly enforced by control.
